About Us

Optima Semper is a latin term for 'The Best Always.' The name provides the base for our business culture and expectation levels. We devote time each year to support a chosen charity and raise money via sponsorship and donations from our work and partners .

Director - Leigh Woolard.

Optima Semper was started by Leigh Woolard in 2006 after managing the web design and online marketing for a large software company. He also went to Leeds Metropolitan University on an evening for 6 years and achieved Honours in Business and Information Technology.

Likes: Spending time with family, sport, different cultures and their food.

Hobbies: Golf, Golf and more Golf with a little bit of running inbetween.

Senior Account Manager - Emily

Emily Tree became part of the team at Optima Semper in early 2010. Emily graduated in Graphic Design in 2004 and has since worked in the Marketing Industry both in the UK and Australia. Emily manages our team of Link Builders and has a great understanding of the outcomes that need to be achieved for the clients. She recently became a mum to a healthy happy little boy.

Likes: Socialising, travelling, sports and cocktails

Design - Neil

Neil has been working with Optima Semper since 2007. Designing everything from websites, web adverts and banners Neil has a fantastic grasp of Design & SEO. Neil has recently become a father and loves spending time with his family and friends.

Website Design, Development & Photography - David

David originates from New Zealand (we dont hold that against him) and has worked for Coca-Cola as a senior executive. He has fantastic photography and website development skills which are great for our clients. David has worked with Optima Semper since 2008. He too loves spending time with his family.

Likes: Rugby, Cricket, Good Coffee.

Hobbies: Photography

Account Manager - Becca

Becca joined Optima Semper in early 2011 and brings great experience with her in customer and campaign management. Not one to shy away from a challenge she also has the work shcedule very organised. Becca is a mum to twin boys who keep her on her toes.

Likes: A good book, tv comedy.

Hobbies: Flower arranging, aerobics.
